    Wash berries briefly, drain and dry thoroughly.

    Remove hulls and leave whole or slice.

    Spread in a single layer on a lined tray and freeze until solid.

    Transfer to freezer bags or containers, remove excess air and label.

Storage

Keep frozen for smoothies, sauces, baking and desserts.
